The Winemaker’s Dinner Series featuring Shane Moore of Gran Moraine

In June, we welcome Shane Moore, Winemaker at Gran Moraine, for an evening centered on precision, depth, and the expressive character of Oregon wine country. Known for his thoughtful approach in the cellar and his ability to translate site into glass, Moore brings a compelling perspective to the conversation between vineyard and table.

For this special dinner, Chef Christy Smith and Farmer Elena Mudrak will present a seasonal menu inspired by early summer, drawing from the farm’s vibrant ingredients and pairing them with Gran Moraine wines selected to illuminate each course. The result is an intimate and layered dining experience shaped by craftsmanship at every step.
